THINKANTECH is a wide bandgap power device manufacturer founded by PhDs in power semiconductors, elites from power converter industry, and a group of young professionals with entrepreneurial dreams. In 2022, the company was recognized as a large-scale enterprise; in 2023, it became a nationally certified technology-based SME and a national high-tech enterprise, and passed ISO9001 production quality management system certification. In 2024, it successfully achieved IATF16949 automotive-grade component production quality management system certification and won awards including the ASpencore China IC Design Achievement Award. In 2025, it was further honored as a potential unicorn in Jiangsu Province and recognized as an innovative enterprise in Jiangsu Province.
Since its founding, the company has been deeply engaged in the research, development, sales, and application technology services of power semiconductor devices and modules, including GaN HEMT, SiC MOS & SBD, Si MOS & IGBT, IGBT, and SiC modules. Its products are widely used in power conversion applications including marine electronics, mobile mobility, power tools, low altitude aviation, consumer electronics, and AI computing power.
The company is headquartered in Nanjing, with branch offices across Shenzhen, Suzhou, Yancheng and Zhejiang, extending its presence to North America and Taiwan. Its business footprint continues to expand.
